Project overview
Unicorn set out to build a Web3 wallet platform that allowed brands to offer their own customized wallet experiences without needing deep blockchain expertise. I was responsible for designing the Brand Owner Dashboard, the tool brand managers would use to create, configure, and manage their wallets in a simple and approachable way.

I was responsible for designing the Brand Owner Dashboard, the tool brand managers would use to create, configure, and manage their wallets in a simple and approachable way.
The challenge
Turning blockchain complexity into something invisible was the real design challenge. The dashboard had to make wallet branding, setup, permission management, and user access feel intuitive, especially for non-technical users. It also needed to stay flexible enough to handle future feature expansion without losing clarity or overwhelming users.

I started by studying SaaS dashboards, CMS platforms, and a few Web3 admin tools to understand what brand owners might expect. Based on that, I defined the primary tasks the dashboard needed to support: branding setup, wallet configuration, and permission management.
From there, I mapped a clean navigation system and grouped related actions to keep the experience light and focused. Wireframes and rapid prototypes helped test different flow ideas early, allowing the development team to flag feasibility concerns before moving into detailed design.
Once the structure was locked, I focused on building modular UI components like settings panels, step-by-step setup wizards, and user tables, designed to be scalable without needing full redesigns later. The onboarding flow was kept intentionally simple, guiding new users through wallet creation and basic security settings without introducing unnecessary Web3 jargon.
