Asymmetry Finance is a protocol tackling the centralization of staked ETH by offering a more decentralized, sustainable alternative—through an Ethereum index with strong yield potential and lower risk.
I joined the project as part of a small design team, focusing on streamlining the staking and reward experience inside the dApp. My goal was to make a deeply technical process feel easy, secure, and clear—even for users less familiar with DeFi.

I joined the project as part of a small design team, focusing on streamlining the staking and reward experience inside the dApp. My goal was to make a deeply technical process feel easy, secure, and clear—even for users less familiar with DeFi.
The challenge
Ethereum staking can be intimidating—even for experienced users. Asymmetry needed a clean, trustworthy interface to explain yield generation, show real-time balances, and make staking or unstaking actions frictionless.
The complexity of the backend needed to disappear into a front end that just… made sense.

My Role
Working alongside 3 other designers and the product team, I led UX efforts on the most critical flows:
✦ Stake / Unstake
✦ Claim rewards
✦ Review balance & yield history
I designed and tested multiple iterations of each flow using clickable prototypes. With each round, we got closer to a setup that felt intuitive and secure for both crypto-natives and cautious newcomers.
